The presentation of annual awards to members of our club has had a long tradition. Our first annual awards were presented in 1968 in the club’s second year of existence. Today annual awards are presented to members and their dogs who have achieved distinction in their chosen field over the award period.
How to Apply for a Club Presentation (Members only)
Each year the Golden Retriever Club of Victoria gives presentations to members that have earned an ANKC title. Your results are also counted towards the club’s Annual Awards. Eligible results are printed in the club’s newsletter. Submitting your results is easy. If your dog has earned a title, complete the Title Notification form, attach a photocopy of your Title certificate and post it to the address on the form.
Conformation results are automatically submitted from our nominated point score shows. The only results required are for the Challenge Dog and Bitch of the Year. Post these results on the Challenge Dog and Bitch of the Year form.
When your dog earns a qualifying score or a placing, complete the Working Results form, attach a photocopy of your qualifying certificate and post it to the address on the form. For the Obedience Dog of the Year and Agility Dog of the Year awards your best qualifying scores should be submitted on the Obedience and Agility Dog of the Year form.
