Although it was October, we had a refreshingly cool day for our Restricted to Group 3 Obedience trial.  Unfortunately just because the conditions were good it did not necessarily mean the pass rate was high.  Our Judges and Stewards did their best but not every one went home with that magic piece of cardboard!

Congratulations to all the winners and to everyone else - look forward to a better result next time!

Thanks to the band of willing helpers who set up, packed up and did everything in between – we couldn’t have done it without you!  Thank you to Eagle Pack who sponsored our trial and provided Eagle Pack food for all the class winners.  Thank you to our club secretary and club president who also helped out on the day.  And thank you to the competitors – there would be no trial without you! There was an excellent entry of 48 exhibits with only 4 scratchings on the day.

The Highest Score in Trial was awarded to Wattlebrae Kennel’s Golden Retriever Goorambat The Manor CDX AD JD SD GD who was also awarded the Aspley Golden Lady AOC Trophy for the Highest Scoring Golden Retriever.
